I was given the egg in-game named “Shellmet of the Architect” by one of the participating developers and I didn’t receive the badge for the egg or the item you’re supposed to get. Now I’m unable to receive the badge making the item unobtainable for me.
Expected behavior
I expect the badge to be rewarded properly.
Can you tell me which participating game it was? Also, what do you mean by given the egg? Did the developer actually give you the egg or did you earn it? I’m not sure how that works exactly.

The developer gave me the egg and the animation played as it was supposed to but no badge was given.
Can you please specify what you mean by a developer gave you the egg? Did someone on the Roblox Presents team give it to you? How did they go about doing that?
I see that on your profile you do have Shellmet of the Builder which is the egg given out by staff. Earlier today this was swapped with the developer egg by mistake, where staff eggs gave out the developer egg and vice-versa. Did you get that egg from another developer today?
If so, you need to meet a staff member for the developer egg. For new players, the eggs will be correct, but if you got an egg from the bug, you’ll need to meet the other role for the other egg.
In your case, you got a staff egg from a developer egg, so you need to find a staff member in the hatch to get the developer egg from the staff egg.
I’ve managed to find a staff member giving out the staff egg I needed for the developer egg.
I’ve gotten the same animation but no badge for the developer egg, and I couldn’t obtain it again.
Same is currently happening to me, the developer egg gave me the admin egg and it’s not letting me claim it again. I also claimed the admin egg but it didn’t give me the developer egg. I’ll continue trying
