The Headless Horseman Not Available For Purchase In Experiences

We all know and love the Headless Horseman. This bundle, made by Roblox, comes back every year in October for Halloween.

This item had been available for purchase in any experience until last year (2024), when The Haunt event started.

On October 24th, the Headless Horseman was made available only inside The Haunt event experience. After the event ended, the bundle remained unavailable for purchase in any other Roblox experiences.

Fixing this error is simple. You just need to enable “Sell in Experiences” and then choose “All Experiences”. This will make the Headless Horseman available for purchase in any Roblox experience and bring way more sales to the bundle!

Expected behavior

Here is what should happen:

1. Join a Roblox experience.
2. The bundle purchase popup appears.
3. Purchase the bundle.
4. The purchase completes successfully.
5. You receive your Headless Horseman bundle, and 31,000 Robux is deducted from your balance.

What actually happens:

1. Join a Roblox experience.
2. The bundle purchase popup appears.
3. Attempt to purchase the bundle.
4. An error popup appears.

Hi all, apologies for the confusion. Some Roblox items such as Headless Horseman are not intended for in experience sales and must be purchased on the Marketplace.

We are looking into improving our error messaging for Marketplace only items when purchase is attempted in experience.
