The Hunt: Mega Edition Requirements not met

When I complete the level 1 puzzle to go to black land and get the bunny ears, when I teleport it gives me an error message saying that I have not completed the requirements.

Expected behavior

When I have all 3 mega tokens and complete the level 1 puzzle to go to black land and get the bunny ears, when I teleport it gives me an error message saying that I have not completed the requirements. This prevents me continuing in the hunt
