Hello Develeper, inam Not Sure If this is the right category for this, but can anybody explayn how i can make a Portal Like this (the effects, and the animation)
The Portal:
The 3D effect is done using viewport frames.
The other effect is just normal effects: they just teleport your character, animate the camera, make some parts move around, and emit some particles.
