The rules detailed within this document are the law of the Imperial Legion and exist to ensure a strong, prosperous, and enjoyable environment within its ranks. Fragrant disregard towards the rules and the well-being of fellow Imperials may be treated dealt with by warnings presented by the Legionβs officer core or other law-enforcing agencies. Three warnings within a single month period may result in the offender being punished by demotion, removal, or other.

If nothing else, you should read and understand these rules and allow them to help guide you through your journey within the Imperial Legion.
Respect all other imperials regardless of rank or status. You serve under the same banner, and the same emperor. This same respect must also be demonstrated to allies of the empire, as well as our enemies.
Common sense and decency should always be remembered. We are all here to have an enjoyable and fun time, and we should all act towards cultivating this environment.
Slander, insulting, and excessive use of profanity against any Imperial, allied soldier or representative, visitors, etc., at any place, or by messages, is forbidden.
Do not intentionally aggravate, injure, or kill other Imperials or allied members unless instructed to for the purpose of training (ie: dueling or official training).
Know when and when not to play around. Be respectful towards your fellow Imperials and listen to orders from Imperial officers during any and all events, such as raids and trainings, as they earned their authority and position with reason. If a high ranking member does something that you believe disregards the principals and rules of our Legion, please report and communicate your findings to the Elder Council.

During events, an additional set of base rules are put in place to help guide the attendees and hosts that the event may be enjoyable for both parties. The host can manipulate these rules to how they see fit, and members should behave and conduct themselves in an agreeable manner.
Emoticons, emojis, netspeak or acronyms may be used to some degree while on duty so long as it is not excessive.
Do not be disrespectful towards the host or fellow attendees. Sportsmanship is encouraged, and while friendly competition will always exist, individuals are expected to be respectful with one another and help them grow.
The PTS (Permission-To-Speak) system is optionally enforced by the host, but individuals should never talk over the host unless they can do so without interrupting. If you have a question or wish to say something, wait until the host has paused or is allowing questions.
Listen to the host so long as it is in accordance with the General Rules detailed above. If you believe a host is asking you to do something that would break these rules, contact member of a higher rank than the host after the event has concluded.

These rules exist to ensure a sense of uniformity exists within the Imperial Legion, and that individuals are easily distinguished by wearing their proper attire.
All official and up-to-date uniforms for regular members will be listed within the group store. Outdated uniforms or uniforms not located within the group store may be considered illegal, unless explicitly pardoned by the Elder Council or the Emperor.
The correct and rank-appropriate uniform(s) must be worn at any and all Imperial events unless explicitly told otherwise. These events may include but are not limited to trainings, patrols, raids, allied visits, etc.
Custom uniforms are strictly prohibited unless approved by the Elder Council or the Emperor. Uploading any uniforms to create modifications or save funds is illegal and may be considered withholding resources from the Empire.
Packages impede Imperial uniformity and as such are not to be worn with any Imperial attire while on duty.

Within the Empire, each and every individual is counted among the community as a brother or sister and fellow Imperial. While law must exist to ensure order, our top priority is and will always be the enjoyment of the community that the Legion offers. Intentionally intending to offend, upset or antagonise members of the group and disrupt events may be met with strict opposition ranging from demotion to removal. All brethren and sistren within the Legion are encouraged to bring up problems or issues with the Empireβs Elder Council.
