On the “Sombrero Skull” item there are two spots of your head that clip through the skull heres some pictures

Thanks for flagging this. Please use Accessory Adjustment to change the size / position of this Hat to fix this issue. We won’t be making changes to this Asset as it will affect every single owner of this Hat, and changing size / shape / position can potentially affect how they like the Hat to be right now.

Wait, so you won’t fix new/old items that have issues when at the given time that adjustment tool wasn’t even a thing, but still won’t fix it only because now it exist? It still should be fixed even if we do or don’t have the tool.
Looks like this issue is caused by two small crevices in the side of the upper lip. They are incredibly hard to see unless viewed from directly head-on. Removing these crevices would fix this clipping issue with the default Robloxian head without any noteworthy changes to size, shape, or position.

althought it would take literally 2 seconds to fix roblox is now too lazy since the new accessory tool + its a closed post now
