(2) Trainings and other events (2)

This section of the guide will discuss trainings, when they’re held, and other events we have. One key note is that if there is a holiday going on, there will often be no trainings, so all members alike can spend the holiday with friends and family. We may occasionally host a special holiday training near the end of the day though.

There is no set schedule for trainings. Do not clutter the group wall with questions on when/where training will be held. Instead, read this section of the guide and check back on the group often.

2a. Trainings:

Information on Trainings

High Ranking members of the Order have the ability to host training on any day of the week at any time of the day. The location and time of a training will be posted on the shout a set amount of time before the training session begins.

Trainings will vary from HR to HR, but a typical training may consist of melee combat, ranged combat, obby practice, and more. A trainee can earn points from the activities within a training, and depending on their rank, may earn a promotion if they meet the points requirements for each rank; 1-2 for Knight/Archer, 3-4 for DK/EA, and EK requires 5 or more points. See section (3) Promotions for details.

3b. Other events:

Information on Events

The Order often hosts other events, such as Game’s Night, Recruitment Sessions, and Bard’s Night, a time when group members gather in one game and tell stories, whether they be fiction, or about the community’s older days. There are no set times or days for these events, so check the group shout often!

4b. Co-hosting:

Information on Co-Hosting

Enchanted Knights are permitted to co-host a training with a HR, if the HR permits it. Only Enchanted Knights may co-host, as they are potential future HRs. They are HRs-in-training, and therefore are being taught how to host trainings in the event they are promoted.

(3) Promotions (3)

This section will detail how promotions are earned within the group.

Information on Promotions

Squires who own any of the RedCliff Gear or RedCliff Bundles available in the Catalog may have ONE free promotion to Knight or Archer.

Knight and Archer are otherwise earned by attending trainings and performing well in them. The same goes for Drak Knight and Elite Archer, though you’re expected to excel in combat.

Enchanted Knight is the rank where we pick out candidates to be HRs-in-training, and therefore you must obtain 5 points in training. If you accomplish this, the HRs will then discuss whether you are ready to be promoted to EK or not. Activity and maturity are required for Enchanted Knight and up.

(4) Behavior (4)

This section of the guide will list several points about behavior in Rising Phoenix. This will help to keep you from breaking any rules, as well as learn how to become a good member.

Ways to help you be noticed in the group

• Look like a Knight through use of Bundles or Clothing.

• Set the group as your primary.

• Read and show that you understand the content of this guide.

• Kindness, respect, and maturity is always a favorable trait among Knights.

• Be active, attend trainings when possible, and remain positive.

Behavior that end in punishment, whether it be demotion or exile

• Spamming the group wall.

• Racism, sexism, racial slurs/slangs/“jokes”.

• Posting NSFW content, whether it be in the group, or during any events.

• Lying about other members.

• Raging at other members or during training.

• Disrespect towards other members or HRs.

• Advertising on the wall.

• Begging to be promoted.

• Asking for donations.

• Re-posting deleted posts – They were deleted for a reason.

• Attempting to deliver messages from exiled members on the group wall. They were exiled for a reason.

• Intentional disobedience.

• Fighting with other members or the high ranks.

• Acting immature.

• Trying to get members to raid other groups.

• Trying to spy on other groups.

The list is not limited to what is listed above. There are many wrongful actions that can result in punishment. In this group, we strive to be civil to each other first and foremost, and just have fun. If you follow Roblox’s Terms & Conditions and this guide, you will have no issues.

Extra points and notes

Post quality, not quantity. When posting on the group wall, do not make multiple short, one-line posts. If you have a lot to say, post as much as you can in one post, and if it gets cut off, THEN make a second post.

• Do not post spam on the group wall. Your posts should have meaning and be relevant to the group and any topics and discussions at the time. Posting spam will result in either a demotion or outright exile.

• Don’t act like a HR, either on the wall or during trainings. Leave that to the actual HRs. You’re not above your fellow members, don’t try to talk down to them or boss them around.

• If any HR is doing something inappropriate, please inform an Elite Commander with proof immediately, and we will take action.

• The group wall is strictly for socializing with other Rising Phoenix members. As such, there is to be no personal drama, or personal posts. Leave it group related.

The Arktoran Empire; Enemy

Note about the Overseers

The Overseer Accessory brand is as of right now not affiliated with the Loreverse in any way, shape, or form. There is no official Overseer group.

(7) Rebranding (7)

Details on the Rebranding

As you will see, most of the medieval Lore Groups have rebranded, creating new groups with new names. There are several reasons for this:

1. The Roblox lore is dead. Roblox did not follow up on it, and eventually gave up on expanding it. It stagnated and the war we were promised never got to happen, due to Roblox focusing less on groups and more on a different direction.

2. Rebranding allows us to continue the story, and in fact shape it our own way, without being restricted by Roblox. This means even you could create your own character in the lore and have he or she be canon.

3. It gives us the possibility to have our own brand of UGC items in the future, since UGC creators cannot (and aren’t support to) upload copyrighted items, including Roblox’s own IPs.

Things change, as do the times, so we had to as well. The only real change is the story from here on out is ours to create. Our past is still the same, and we’re still connected to the old lore to a respectable degree, but the future is ours to decide.
