THE REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS

RESPECT
Respect is required of all ranks. Regardless of anything you should be respecting everyone in the group. Disrespect towards one Brother/Sister is pretty much considered disrespect towards the whole Brotherhood. Disrespect such as Harassment, bullying or anything similar will result in punishment (Ban, Demotion, Etc:…).
MATURITY
As much as Respect is required maturity is too. In order to build yourself a reputation and career in this brotherhood we need you to remain mature at most times, This is expected from everyone in the group, especially during the presence of other members or visitors.
DISCIPLINE
Discipline is the art of accepting discomfort at times for a great cause, and Discipline is highly required of you as an Assassin mostly during events and trainings. A lack of Discipline could result in demotion or any other punishment.
ACTIVITY
Obviously, Activity is required, there are no set times of when you should be on and off. This Brotherhood is a community and just like any other Community, it is expected of you to participate in events and remain active. Without activity, progression is not going to be possible in the group and in the worst case, it could result in a demotion (doesn’t necessarily have to) mostly during reforms.
COMMUNICATIONS
Communication is important throughout the group, Be Active and engaging in conversations in-game and post on the group walls whenever you feel like.

TRAININGS AND PROMOTIONS
untitled%20(1)
TRAININGS
Trainings vary between promotional or none promotional, Usually, a training should go over a specific thing or an overview of everything. For example Leadership, Teamwork, Stealth Close Combat, Ranged Combat and Agility. A training should be anywhere between 25 Minutes to 1 Hour Long, it’s up to you to decide the time and only a training with 5+ participants is considered official.
PROMOTIONS
Obviously, Promotions comes from participating in Patrols, Events, Tournaments and mostly Trainings. Activity is the key and you could get promoted at the time a high rank sees the potential in you and thinks it’s the right time for you to rank up. Activity is always expected from you but the higher you rank up, the more activity is expected of you.

THE DIVISIONS

MOHAREBS

Moharebs is one of the (currently) three main divisions of TLAB, Their job is to “work in the shadows”. With that being said the moharebs purpose is basically to assassinate contracts, infiltrating forts aswell as doing secret missions given by the Mentor or the Master of Moharebs. You can join this division through passing a trial/tryout that will be hosted by the division leaders themselves.

RAFIQS

This is the division of influence and knowledge. They are the ones who’re managing the courts, they approve Masters and teach them in the arts of knowledge, wisedom and they train them to become great Assassins/leaders in the future. They also try to get as much information from the brotherhoods surroundings (allies, enemies, neutrals) and they pass over that information to the Mentor. You can join this division by either an invitation or passing a trial.

Rogue Fedayeen

A division that plays a huge role in the frontlines at the battlefields. Rogue Fedayeen is the military section of TLAB. we’re not an actual military ourselves but inorder to protect our order we have a group of actually skilled swords and spearsmen trained in the arts of military and teamwork that will be a first protection against other military offenses. They train in ever aspect of combat and work really hard on following and quickly executing commands and formations. Teamwork plays a huge role and they’ll be prepared to fight in any type of place whenever a battle is required.

If you need more detailed information on each division you’ll have to check out each division forum you can find all of them right here:

HIGH RANK PROMOTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
HRs
RANKING SYSTEM
Veteran
Once reaching this rank you’re slowly entering the zone of being a High rank. It’s not entirely official but you’ll be receiving some abilities such as Shouting and small Admin at some places. At this rank you’ll need to start working quickly. You can only host Trainings and Patrols so try to do that as well as you can, prefarably with a Master+ that can watch you and see how well you do as a Veteran. Once the Assassins and Master Assassins or even the Mentor feels like you’re ready you’ll be promoted to the next rank.

Masters
Once you reach the rank of Master the path for you to become an Assassin will be very simple and from now on the Rafiqs will be watching over your progression and it’ll be through them you’ll learn and get prepared. You’ll be doing the ordinary things a Master should do such as hosting events, guiding students, attending meetings and events aswell as serving your own division and completing your own missions. Based on how you act as a Master of the Brotherhood the Rafiqs will either deem you ready or not to take another step further towards the rank of Assassin. Once they deem you ready they’ll send you an Invitation to Rafiqs, Joining the division does not mean you have to leave your current one but if you feel like doing so it’ll be understandable and you’ll most likely recieve your rank back once you’re done with Rafiqs.

Once you’re invited to the division you’ll be taught and trained into becoming a wiser, smarter, stronger and in general better leader and you’ll have to progress through the ranks by following the Rafiq ranking system do missions, attend to trainings and events and in serveral ways prove to your leaders that you’re ready. Once you reach the Rank of graduate your duty as a Rafiq is over and you’ll be receiving a letter from the Master of Rafiqs that you’ve successfuly reached the rank of Graduate and that you’ll soon be receiving the title of an Assassin through a sacred traditional ceremony.

Assassins

At this rank you’re a highly respected and admired member of the brotherhood. Your abilities have expanded way beyond what they ever could but so have your responsibilities and you should know them by now. You’re the most skilled, wisest and loyal members of the brotherhood and as High ranks your duties are to host trainings, events, tournaments aswell as Guiding low ranks, leading Missions and in different ways looking out for the group. The Mentor, Master Assassins and the Rafiqs will be watching you at all times and once they see it in you you’ll be picked as a Master Assassin of the order which is the greatest honor this brotherhood could present to you. You’ll be receiving this honor through a huge ceremony held in Masyaf.

FACTORS THAT ARE REQURED AS A HIGH RANK

ACTIVITY - Activity is something demanded, you must be active at all times and host events and trainings daily. Giving up and lazyness is never an option unless you want to resign. As a high rank your responsibilities are a lot and no one should really be forced to complain about your inactivity. Things are strict and things such as inactivity, lazyness and making excuses are not tolerated unless it’s something critical or very important and in those cases you’ll have to talk to a MA about it but once again why take the High rank spot if you’re unable to be active?

DISCIPLINE - Disicipline, maturity and respect is demanded of you. First of all just because you’re a HR doesn’t mean you control anyone or that you’re more “worthy” then anyone in the group because if you think like that you’ve completely missunderstood the meaning of a “brotherhood”. Respect both your upper ranks and lower ranks and you’ll be treated the same. But you must also remain mature. Too much maturity is not demanded ofcourse but frequently joking around and not taking things seriously is unacceptable and punishable. You’re supposed to be a role model for the low ranks and the brotherhood needs a serious, respectful and mature role model for the brotherhood. Jokes are okey, and a fun and healthy personality is something that we’d also like but nothing past that.

COMMUNICATION AND TEAMWORK - You must be able to communicate and work with other members of the group. Thats the foundations of a brotherhood, you must work togheter inorder to get the best results. So try your hardest to unite the brotherhood as best as you can and to make it a family. Make everyone knows each other and if you see a trouble when it comes to working togheter between two or serveral people you’ll be the one to solve it. This applies for all members of the brotherhood.

TOURNAMENTS

The Levantine Assassins Brotherhood will be having weekly tournaments. These Tournaments are held to honor the Hidden ones (The first Assassins) since attending tournaments was a part of their job during their time. The Tournaments are being held at The Colesium Of Krokodilopolis which is a Arena located in Egypt which currently has been occupied by The Levantine Assassin’s Brotherhood. (It’s actually an arena from AC:O and it’s been made completely accurately based off what the game shows.)

These Weekly tournaments are held every Saturday and every Wednesday by the ones responsible for these tournaments to be hosted. Any above the rank of Soldier is able to sign up for these tournaments, you simply do it through discord. the winners of the wednesday tournament will be facing off in the saturday tournament and the winner could either be one or even 5 depending on how many sign up for the tournament. It’s a fun thing to train and practice for and the Winner will either be winning a promotion, Robux or a Gamepass.
