Chain of Command:

In our group we have something called the chain of command which is basically the order of who you should contact with different issues. We have different “Levels” of who you should contact in different situations. Below you can find them all and a small amount of details of what each stage does.

Level 1:

The level 1 of the chain of command contains LR staff. This is from the rank of Activity Team to Theatre Security. These ranks can answer simple questions but there main duties are to host shows to allow our guests to have a great experience. Without them we could not run the theatre.

Level 2:

The level 2 of the chain of command contains our MR staff. This is from the rank of Theatre Supervisor to HR Assistant. There duties are to supervise the theatre which includes stoping rule breakers to make sure they do not disturbed the guests. If they are the correct rank then they can also host trainings and shifts. You should contact them with any questions LR’s can’t answer and with any reports of LR’s or problems in the theatre.

Level 3:

The level 3 of the chain of command contains our HR staff. This is from the rank of Public Relations Officer to Human Resource Officer (will be changed soon). There duties are to supervise and host sessions like level but the difference is level 3 members can join one of our departments; currently the 2 departments we have are the staffing department and public relations department. You should contact this level with questions to do with the theatre over all but also you should contact them with questions about the department they are in.

Level 4:

The level 4 of the chain of command contains our SR staff (currently called the leadership team but may change). This is from the rank of Vice-president to President (may be changed soon). There duties are to run the different departments. You should contact them about there department and reports of HR’s. They should not be asked about simple questions only ones which other ranks cannot answer which is not lots.

Level 5:

The level 5 of the chain of command contains our Ownership Team. This is from the rank of Co Owner to Owner. This rank runs the group and own the group. They should not be contact unless you need to report a member of the level 3. They are often busy and deal with all ranks and the running of the group.
