I don’t see an issue, could you describe what he intended behavior is?

The issue I encountered is as follows: I attempted to sell my limited item, keep in mind that the position of the purchase button is at the bottom of the screen. I clicked on “Owned Items” and while I was changing the hand I was holding my device with, I must have accidentally clicked the position where the purchase button would normally be in the “Owned Items” tab. Consequently, I clicked “Sell” and as I Interacted with the “Sell Item” menu, I must have pressed “Confirm” in the background.

After noticing that another item with a different serial number appeared, I was very confused. As I tried to change my price again, my balance decreased once more! After about 2 minutes, I figured out that I must have interacted with the purchase button and GUI while I was in the “Sell Item” menu. This unexpected interaction led to the purchase of an unintended item and a decrease in my balance.

To better illustrate this issue, I will attach a video demonstrating the problem. This visual aid should provide a clearer understanding of the exact sequence of events and the resulting issue. I hope this clarifies the issue I experienced. Please let me know if you need further information or clarification.

I would like to emphasize that the issue depicted in the video cannot be perfectly replicated as it originally occurred. However, the representation is a close approximation.

It’s important to note that the video has been judiciously edited to protect personal data that would be exposed through an Apple purchase pop-up, but the original video was not edited at all as I didn’t interact with the “Buy Robux and Item” button in it.

So just to clarify, the purchase button was displayed under the Owned Items menu, and you were able to click it despite it being under the menu? I’d reconmend opening a ticket to Roblox Support with a link to this post, they may be able to sort out a refund

I’m already assisted by @Bug-Support. They are currently providing me with more information on how to get a refund in my case.

I investigated the issue a bit more and it seems like the issue must have happened while I was in the “Owned Item” menu since you cannot interact with the Purchase button in the “Sell Item” menu.”

Has anyone allready investigated this issue?
