Reproduction Steps

1. Go to a page that doesn’t exist or is private. For example, this profile that doesn’t exist or this topic that is private (or doesn’t exist).
2. Observe how the old topbar is displayed. Note: You may have to refresh the page.

Specs

• Device: iPhone 14 Pro
• Browser: Safari 17.4.1

Expected Behavior
The new top navigation bar should be displayed consistently across the DevForum. The old topbar shouldn’t appear on any page.

Actual Behavior
Instead of the new top navigation bar, the old topbar appears on a page that doesn’t exist or is private.

However, sometimes when I refresh, I see this new topbar:

Possibly this is a way of updating the DevForum to have one topbar rather than two?

That’s the old topbar from before the Creator Hub and Forum got integrated.

It seems like the old topbar’s layout is somewhat different, unless I’m misremembering the old topbar.

There’s broken padding on the sides, that’s the unintended difference
