The Question Mark Gets to the Left of the Text when Interface Language is set to a Right To Left Language

Reproduction Steps

1. Press on your Profile Picture
2. Press on the User button
3. Go to the settings
   
4. Go to Interface
5. Change the Interface Language to an Right To Left language

-اردو
-فارسی
-עברית

6. Go anywhere with a Question Mark

Expected Behavior

If the language isn’t Right to Left, The question mark should be at the end of the word instead of the beginning

Actual Behavior

NOTE: I know that it’s how right to left languages work, but they have a slightly modified punctuation
