I have a total of 9 hours of read-time, and I’ve used the forum for 2 years, but, I still don’t have access to the Collaboration part of the forum apart from replying, and I’ve heard stories of people with 10 hour read-times and still don’t have the member rank, what’s that about?
EDIT: The issue was solved thanks to FxllenCode, I’ve been made aware that I need to post on the sub-category, my mistake.

First off, everyone can access #collaboration. You must be mistaken. I’m the same TL as you, and I can post there.
Second off, 10h of read time is also very little. That’s not even that much. (Not that ranks are based off read time).

Also, people cannot post in #collaboration. You can only post in #collaboration:recruitment and #collaboration:portfolios.
And like @FxllenCode said, 9hrs of read time is not a lot. Currently, I am at 5 days of read time
