If you decide you want to resign, you will be demoted to Noted Patient. If you want to return you will have to start over, unless you buy a rank or apply for a rank.

If you’re ranked Chief of Surgeons+ and you leave the communications server willingly then you’ll be demoted to the Staff Intern. Unless, you bought the rank.

Consequences as Staff: In-Game and Discord
  • Giving a user an invalid warning will result in a warning (system) for an invalid warning. If you continue and warn again with the warning being completely invalid, you’ll be Demoted. Eventually, terminated depending on the number of your actions.

  • Demoting a staff invalidly could get you demoted automatically. The user you demoted will be re-ranked due to the fact that you demoted the user invalidly.

  • Teleportation or known as the “to” command is overall allowed.

  • An invalid Announcement could get you demoted.

  • Logging is required for Chief of Surgeons+ throughout our discord server. We added this rule to keep track of cooldowns. Failure to log anyone promotion or demotion will lead to consequences.

  • Banning; The “ban” command is permitted to all Senior Management Team+ but if you ban someone without ban-requesting in #ban-request and your rank is under Corporate Intern, there will be consequences for banning without permission. So, if your role is under “Corporate Intern” you must ban-request before banning.

  • Granting someone admin at any of our facilities. Will result in a termination of your rank.
    (MORE STAFF CONSEQUENCES WILL BE ADDED SO MAKE SURE YOU RE-READ THE HANDBOOK!)

Commands such as, “h” or “m” or “sm” considered “announcement” commands, the following examples are invalid when using the following;

  • “We are missing a kid, Help find them pls!”

  • “Everyone chill down and shut up!”

Most announcements require common sense and grammar, Failure to use it will result in moderation consequences.

In-Game Valid Announcements:

“My shift session has concluded! All staff make yourself to ”

“All staff are required to work, Failure will result in a consequence.”

“Clear the lobby”

“Reminder, My shift promotions will be . Head there now.”

Regulations
  • #1 Disrespect from anyone will not be tolerated. Failure to comply or failure to refrain will result in a warning. Continuing to do this action will result in a removal from the All Regional facilities.

  • #2 Unnecessary pinging from anyone. If the ping is not necessary to ping someone, then dont ping them. No action will be taken against this. Pinging VP+ is prohibited. If you ping a VP+ you’ll be given a warning for a prohibited ping/invalid ping.

  • #3 Any drama that takes place in any of our facilities are prohibited. Any drama from any group, DM’s, etc. Is prohibited. If you do, Warnings will be issued out. Continuing will result in a mute.

  • #4 Advertising in any of our facilities are strictly prohibited. DM advertising is prohibited also. If you have any members from TRMH that are DM advertising, Corporate Officer+ should be alerted. CO+ will ban the user.

  • #5 Any discrimination against color, identity, sexuality, etc is not tolerated. This will result in a mute or kick. This includes the n-word. Anyone who mentions the n-word will be kicked/muted. EXAMPLE: Can you say the ______? Prohibited.

  • #6 Any type of discrimination topics, Inappropriate topic, Drama topics, Bullying, etc. Will not be tolerated and should not be brought to any TRMH facilities.

  • #7 Any inappropriateness that is brought in our servers, Is an instant ban. NSFW is strictly prohibited. Exposing (texts, picture, etc) in our servers or in “Personal Messages” is prohibited. Users will be banned if so.

  • #8 Any attempts on bypassing (profanity) will lead to a warning. Profanity will lead to a mute and/or removal from the server. Any form of attack from a guest or staff will end up in a removal from all servers.

  • #9 Attempting to impersonate with similar account, etc. is strictly prohibited. Framing is an instant ban from the server.

  • #10 Holding multiple accounts such as ALT’s. You’ll be demoted from your current rank status at TRMH, along with a removal of all ALT accounts under the same name from the community server.

  • #11 Attempting to hint for any promotion or falsely claim a purchased rank will result in a termination of any rank you obtain.

  • #12 All commands must be used in #bot-input, Small comments are to be used. Long conversation will result in a warning. (Incorrect channel usage)

  • #13 If you are inactive (MR+) and we notice. You will be demoted from your rank. Note: If you need time to be inactive. Please file a inactivity form in #inactivity-forms.

  • #14 Again, Pinging VP+ is prohibited. However, you may ping CI-CEO for a valid reason, If the ping was invalid. You will be warned. You can ping CI+ to view your ban-request, you can ping so your ban request can be viewed quickly. Spamming CI+ to view your ban-request or pinging multiple CO+ will result in a warning. (CI - Corporate Intern]

  • #15 Music rooms are to be used for appropriate music. However, If the music does not have a clean (no profanity) version of the sort. Please do not play it. If so, Consequences will occur. [music name] (clean)

  • #16 When staff are promoted, All staff will have 2 days or 48 hours of cool-down. We have set down cool-down in-order for all staff to be promoted in a small amount of time.

  • #17 If an argument about Politics, Disrespect, Banned from another server, etc that was taking place in DM’s we will not be giving action and/or consequences to the people who were involved. This is a rule because, anything that happens out-of our server is NOTHING of our concern. Now, If the topic is brought up to our server the person who brung it up will receive consequences for bringing drama into our Communications Server.

  • #18 Deleting any moderation or bot usage is extremely prohibited. Deleting usage will get you warned. (Goes for any rank; SHR-HR-MR-LR)
