The resource tab on the Roblox creator dashboard is broken

Reproduction Steps:

1. Go to the Roblox Creator Dashboard
2. Go to creations
3. You’ll see the resources tab stuck on screen.

It will look like this:

Expected Behavior: The resources tab is only open and visible when I am hovering over it.
Actual Behavior: The resources tab is constantly open, no matter what.

Workaround: N/A
