The right style people for a GFX

Hey all,

I am a GFX artist. When I have a commission for a GFX with a lot of people in it, I can’t really find the right people. I see a lot of thumbnails with people in them, I’m wondering how they choose the right people.
For context heres a draft I made.

I had to use random people from the model shop, they don’t really fit in. I was hoping to find people more like this:

They all have a style, and I just can’t find the right people, or people with a good avatar, someone help??

This is proper help and feedback, they want to find better models to use in their gfx, not a contractor bid
