In the UGC world, uploading multiple items at the same time and putting them on sale is very common. But recently, it has taken more time to set the description, name, price, etc of these items from the roblox create dashboard than actually making the items.
Whenever I attempt to edit a catalog item, I’m presented with this menu. Usually this resolves itself in a minute, but recently it’s taken considerably longer, or never loaded period.
From what I’ve noticed, it seems that every “action” on the page contribute to the ratelimit. Actions include opening the item’s info, saving details, refreshing a tab of “avatar items”, etc.
Expected behavior
Overall I wish it was easier to configure my items without having to deal with extremely strict rate limits and waiting for pages to load for multiple minutes.

For clothing designers and ugc designers who frequently upload avatar items, this gets annoying quickly. I personally have been trying to edit my avatar items I’ve uploaded but everytime I try to do so, this comes up
This extends to a major problem across all of roblox over the past few months. Many features have been getting rate limited to a ridiculous degree (uploading images, looking through transaction reports on robux page etc.). Whatever the rate limit has been set to is way too low and needs to be increased, it ruins the experience for me.
Awesome, looks like the page is back up. However, my original bug report still stands: the ratelimit is much too small for quick navigation on the website. I can edit one or two items max before I have to pause for a minute due to rate limit constraints.
