Introduction:
I have created this topic for discussion purposes regarding a new video uploaded by Rubensim. The video’s premise is of particular interest as it assesses the success rate of the Roblox Report System via a large sample size of 200 TOS-violating accounts.
In conjunction with discussion. This topic is also posted to inform people who do not fall within Rubensim’s audience group and would have missed his video if it weren’t for this topic.
I posted the topic in the Platform Usage category. The video in conjunction with this topic is relevant to the category as it relates to using Roblox Safety Features (how to get something done on the Roblox websites or how to do something on Roblox applications such as Roblox Studio).

My thoughts:
As a Roblox Developer and regular user, I am glad that people like Rubensim take the initiative to showcase what this website lacks. A moderation success rate of 0% is not acceptable.
The biggest problem I think this community faces is communication. Roblox’s track record of communication with the user is lacking at best. The communication from the user to Roblox is godawful. This is not the fault of the user as there are simply no working communication tools the user can use to make their problems heard. (I do not consider Roblox Support to suffice for the needs of the user)
The regular Roblox user has no way of contacting people who occupy influential positions within Roblox Corporation that can get things done. From my experience, only high-earning Developers or relevant content creators have these contacts and can inquire about issues directly with someone inside the Roblox Corporation.
The other problems this platform faces are the causes of the first problem. When there is no communication or transparency. Issues like a not working reporting system aren’t brought to light within the Roblox corporation, with all due consequences.
Of course, this is not the only problem and I could continue on writing. But I’ll keep that for another subject. For readers’ pleasure, a topic should be concise.
Closure:
As stated in the introduction. I would love your thoughts on this. Possible solutions to be written and if possible, a response from Roblox Corporation to this glaring issue raised by Rubensim.
