The texture has some weird outlines and that makes the build not look pretty. [Help]

Hi.

I am building a simple school and I use Decal instead of Texture to reduce the lag more, but I noticed that there are some black lines on some papers on the floor and the walls contain a black line and this annoys me a lot because it makes the building ugly and I tried to make the quality in Roblox Studio level 21 thinking that it would disappear but it did not disappear and these black lines appear when I move away from them I tried to search for solutions and I have not found any solution so far
