Open your Roblox application (it can be on any device);
Go to the Marketplace page;
Select the section that showcases the Roblox Characters (aka Bundles);
Configure to appear from the Low to Higher prices;
Setting up the modifications, find the character called “Rene”.
Expected Behavior
Expected having the same thumbnail from the new bundles that has been released.
Actual Behavior
In the actual behavior, not only is not in the correct screenshot, but it also shows in a buggy mode, creating a perspective that it was a test and was forgotten to be reviewed properly:

@xyrafrost Meant that it is missing the same texture as the right leg has. Base Body bundles don’t have checker clothing to display your 2D cloth on your Roblox avatar. Either way, this little issue has been fixed, but not the main one of the report.
The issue with this bundle is actually a weird one; each bundle has two generated images, one of just the head (used for in-experience PurchasePrompts) and the other of the whole body (used on the marketplace). In this case, it appears as if this bundle seemingly had both of those images swapped; causing this bug.
I didnt have access to post my own bug report, so I replied here.
I heard from someone that their bug was fixed automatically after 30 minutes, but mine has been up for days and it’s still broken…
ICYMI, the thumbnail does not show the full bundle, only the head… This time, it has the eyebrows updated and they are shown correctly, but it still does not feature the character as a whole.
Bumping to update that this issue hasn’t been fixed and it still breaks games based to create a customizable avatar in context of only wearing a head and not featuring its full body.
