After The Tricorn Federation evolved from an insurgency to a country, its military forces was established to recruit, train, and deploy users for war.

HOW TO ENLIST

At the moment, your only option to enlist is to get in contact with a high rank, and request entry. Note that you must have decent skills with gun or weapon systems to be accepted.

However, a different system of enlistment will come soon, including attending basic training for promotion.

EXPECTATIONS

You are expected to follow and respect certain guidelines while in military service. Maintaining these principles brings you closer to a promotion too.

  • High discipline, and ability to follow orders.
  • Valor and high morale.
  • Activity, don’t just enlist and go inactive.
  • Common sense.
  • Loyalty, treason will not be tolerated.
  • Humane ethics, such as correct treatment of civilians.
  • Marksmanship and performance.

RANKS

  • Junior Enlisted - Starting rank given upon promotion to armed forces. Even though they don’t have any officer powers, they can advise non-military and military personnel.

  • Non-Commissioned Officer - Lowest ranking officer, has administrative power over Junior Enlisted Personnel, and usually lead a small fireteam.

  • Senior Non-commissioned Officer - Highest enlisted rank, same duties as a regular NCO but with more administrative power, usually leads a squad and assists commissioned officers.

  • Company Grade Officer - Entry-level commissioned officer rank. Duties include training, leading, and advising. Typically lead larger quantities of troops. Officers go through lots of training and are ensured to be the most loyal and skilled amongst military forces.

  • Field Grade Officer - Median-level commissioned officer rank, with major administrative power over many troops. Like Company Grade Officers, duties include training, leading, and advising.

  • General Grade Officer - Highest commissioned officer rank, duties include oversee and manage large armies and attacks, along with training, leading, and advising if needed.

  • Minister of Military Forces - Highest rank in all of the military forces, duties include overseeing all military and war activity and managing higher ranks, along with training, leading, and advising if needed.
