The Vault Holo-compass has weird sizing bug on all body types

The issue

On R6, R15, even Rthro, the Vault Holo-compass and the Infinite Holo-pendant have weird sizing bugs where they clip into the neck, torso and the head.

To reproduce this bug, join any game with any of these accessories owned and worn using any body type.
I’ll only view the Vault Holo-compass since the other accessory has the similar issue.

What needs to fixed:

The size and position (maybe rotation too) should be tweaked to fit all the body types correctly.
I’ve made a fix for this by sizing the accessories on my own.

Again, only viewing the Vault Holo-compass.
