4. Suspended:
Suspension from any Role or Job for a set amount of time. This is not considered a Staff Rank.

5. Awaiting Training:
We received your application as it was accepted. You need to attend a training session to become staff of the hotel.

6. Waiter/Waitress:
As a Waiter/Waitress you are going to serve the guests with the Food & Drinks they desire.

7. Housekeeping:
As housekeeping, you are to make sure all hotel rooms are clean and that all hotel guests are satisfied.

8. Receptionist:
As a Receptionist you are going to be handing out rooms to guests of the hotel.

9. Security:
Security works around the clock to patrol the hotel and protect it to guarantee a happy and safe place for all staff and guests.

==================================MIDDLE RANKS==============================
10. Intern:
Interns are basically an MR in training that also aid Higher Ranks in help of a training, interview, or a Hotel Operation. This rank is given to hard working staff, or to people who applied to this rank.

11. Supervisor:
Supervisors supervise/oversee Lower Ranks to ensure that Hotel Operations are done correctly and smoothly. Interns are promoted to Supervisor if they show that they’re capable of doing their job. This rank is given to hard working staff, or to people who applied to this rank.

12. Senior Supervisor:
Senior Supervisors are responsible for Supervising Supervisors and ranks below them. They are also responsible for ensuring everyone is conducting Hotel Operations correctly and smoothly. This rank is given to hard working staff, or to people who applied to this rank.

13. Hotel Manager:
This rank is only earned with hard work, activity, and dedication. As a Hotel Manager you are to direct everybody and make sure everybody is on task and productive. You are also expected to do any jobs not being done, such as reception, waiter/waitress, security, etc. Handle trolls with 3 strikes and attend training or interview sessions to assist those sessions.

14. Senior Management:
This rank is only earned with extreme activity, no signs of admin abuse, and dedication. As Senior Manger, you are to direct everybody and make sure everybody is on task and productive.

15. Administration Coordinator:
This rank is only given by the Vice-Chairman or Chairman. You must be very hard working, dedicated, extremely active, and professional. This rank can only be achievable if there is an open spot and by getting noticed by the Vice-Chairmen or Chairman. You are tasked with aiding the Corporate Executives, or taking their spot if they are not able to perform operations.

16. Executive Board:
This rank is only given by the Chairman. You must be very hard working, dedicated, extremely active, and professional. This rank can only be achievable if there is an open spot and by getting noticed by the Chairman. You are tasked with handling huge operations. You are also responsible for making sure everyone is doing their job, and that operations run smoothly. Also responsible for aiding the Hotel Director when assistance is needed.

17. Corporate Executive:
This rank is reserved for people chosen by the Chairman. Corporate Executives are responsible for handling big decisions and handing HRs. This rank is a big deal and only a few people are chosen for it.

18. Hotel Director:
If you are granted as the Hotel Director, you are tasked with handling huge operations, keeping activity up, and with moderation. This is a huge deal to the Hotel as you can make huge decisions and keep the Hotel to a perfect state.

17. Vice-Chairman:
This rank is Reserved for the Co-Owner of The Venetian Hotel.

18. Chairman:
This rank is Reserved for the Owner of The Venetian Hotel.

=========================EXPECTATIONS OF HR=============================
In addition of all of the Moderation rules, due to the importance of your rank the below also applies:
- Read and Process Applications.
- Host at least 2 training per week.
- Try not to cancel training once posted. Have another HR host for you instead.
- Do not hold random and unnecessary meetings.
- Do not sell, trade or rank friends.
- Do not advertise in our group shout or group wall for other groups, even if they are allies. Chairman or Vice-Chairman has to approve first.
- Be cordial and represent The Venetian Hotel with upmost respect.
Inactivity or failing the HR expectations, results in demotion/removal of rank.
