Currently having an issue when attempting to join any game, whenever I try it just says “There was a problem sending data, please reconnect. (Error Code: 262)”

I have looked online and was unable to find any sort of solution or fix for this. I’ve also tried restarting my device, switching to a different network and reconnecting multiple times.
Has anyone else experienced this recently? And does anyone know how to fix this?
Also encountering this issue. I’ve seen a few troubleshooting methods online however none seemed to work for me. This happens in any game I try to join.
Just tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Roblox Player and it seems to be working again. No idea why it happened in the first place.
I just before finding this thread had the same issue, similar to EmperorDitto, I received a pop-up message requesting that I close Roblox to allow the program to update, which it then immediately did when I clicked the accept button, and now the issue seems to be fixed as I can join games again.
I suspect that this error or a form of it is caused by trying to join while your Roblox client is outdated.
