This game is playing VideoFrame video that is not created by Roblox, how?

I had a client ask me to import video into one of our projects, i said that it’s impossible to import custom videos at the time and then he showed me this game:

Here is the part that has billboardgui>videoframe (You can find it by spawning and going right from the spawn)

I am 100% positive that it’s not a gif and it’s not a decal, it’s a video. I am so confused right now. Could someone explain to me how is this happening and if so, how can i upload video such as this on my own.

Alo Yoga’s game was in partnership with Roblox, which allowed them private access to videoframes for their sponsored game

This also explains why their trailer is able to be longer than 30 seconds
