The icon is probably misleading the audience. I don’t remember where you should look to get that appealed.

Email appeals@roblox.com to appeal. Also i think ROBLOX is short-staffed due to COVID-19 not sure but that may be why it was moderated.
I had a perfectly innocent audio that i uploaded today and was moderated and I lost robux
