Yes, the NPC looks good. The only problem is the face, I would change that to make it different and more serious/realistic.
It looks great. I do agree with the person above me about the face thing. It needs to be a bit more serious.
I Know, right? They are actually improving the 3D faces on R6! Not all of them are done yet, but I know for a fact that Man and Stevie are.
