I understand the need for verification so that AI isn’t trying to log in to accounts, but the latest one I’ve been getting is broken.
Even on a 22 inch monitor the icons are small enough that they are hard to decipher.
I went through the 10 “match the icon to the correct orbit” tasks very carefully and made sure I didn’t mess it up because let’s face it, 10 of these matches takes about a minute to do so I didn’t want to screw it up.
I was told I failed which I’m sure I didn’t but being human I figured maybe I must have made a mistake.
Then I get to this one as step 3 of 10:
I’m supposed to match up a bird into the proper orbit, but there isn’t any bird images among the 5 that are there.
I tried clicking through the entire 5 icons with the left and right arrows thinking maybe there were more icons available than the 5 available ones and a bird would magically appear.
Nope.
It’s a bit frustrating.
In my case they are not impossible but its so annoying that its either no captcha or that 10 stage orbit type captcha and its been going on for 2 days for me so far.
Good news: They seem to be rolling out Rotile (which is their own proof-of-work captcha implementation, aka, you’ll have to do nothing to pass the captcha). I got the rollout for it a couple of days ago and it’s been working flawlessly
