I don’t mean to attack anybody, but honestly this type of behavior is extremely toxic and highly egotistical, and it gets under my skin (and I know it definitely didn’t make Sparker feel good). I personally recommended Sparker22 because of his maturity, game development experience in other engines (namely Unity), and because he and the forum would benefit from him being here. I know this event didn’t take place on here, but it’s still a topic I’d like to talk about.
On a productive note, I’d like to clarify a few things - people who get accepted into this forum are accepted because they have something to contribute, and could use the content on this forum to aid them with their ROBLOX-related development. Just because somebody hasn’t made a game with millions of visits doesn’t mean they don’t deserve to be here and don’t positively contribute to the quality of the forum. If somebody doesn’t belong here, they don’t get to stay for very long. I haven’t seen this type of behavior very often on these forums, but I see it a ton pretty much everywhere else.
Sorry for the rant, but I felt like this needed restated.

So what you’re saying is that you went to someone’s twitch stream and then you were surprised and offended when they talked about their opinions
It’s one thing doing it here on the forum, but they did it on their own stream. I don’t agree with them and outing someone like that is certainly not something I would personally ever do but, as I understand it, the whole point of twitch streams is to allow people to see what you do.
That’s what I would have said if I didn’t have the stream going in the background as I was writing this. It’s one thing to say something that pops into your head, but going into his stuff just to point out why you think someone’s work is poor is something else. I agree, totally not cool.

Anyway, if they’re gonna treat their fellow devs like that, and blatantly say that they’re trying to make his place look bad, then they are the very people they were trying to mess with.
Oh my god, this reminds me of the Old “New User Nominations” thread. I recommended my (BRILLIANT AND SAD THAT HE’S NOT HERE) friend, and about 4 people (winningly) disagreed with my recommendation because my friend had nothing to display on his profile which is very similar judgement to the judgement portrayed by these guys in the video. It’s LOGIC, don’t judge a book by its cover?!? These guys in the video were completely and confidently convinced he’s not worthy of being RBXDev ONLY by looking at his places. If I were them, I would’ve rather believed there was a good reason for Sparker’s presence that’s beyond place showcases after looking at his places.

This behaviour is disgusting, really. Yeah the guy hasn't got much to show, but he's here. It shouldn't matter, we're all developers no matter our skill. If he didn't belong here, he would've been removed already.

I was part of the call and stream when this had happened.
I apologize here and have personally apologized to sparker22 on skype about this issue when he brought it up to me directly; as I was busy working with fixing bugs for my summer game, I had not paid much attention to the call.
That said, I take responsibility for having this directed attack broadcasted publicly to at least 50 or more stream viewers. This was highly unacceptable for me and my stream channel as a part of the RBXDev community.
Again, I sincerely apologize for such a behavior and will ensure it will not happen on my stream channel again.
