Hi! Im thisfall, I’m a 17 year old builder aiming to make roblox look the best it can! I specialise in realism on roblox using Blender and the engine together. However I also make stylised game assets and low poly maps!
Small maps & Buildings - For small maps and buildings such as homestores, I usually charge around a minimum of 75k , and it can go up from there depending on the complexity. 75k is the minimum I charge for any comission so this can apply to other themes.
Game Maps - Maps for larger scaled games I charge a minimum of 150k and again, can rise from there depending on the scale and time of the map overall.
I am currently not taking commissions for singular assets or GFX. However, I will obviously be making assets for game maps, small maps or building commissions.I do NOT take USD or % based payouts.
Watching thisfall build in a team create is one of the most jaw dropping experiences I’ve had as a developer. As you watch a baseplate turn into a photo realistic scene, you realize just how talented some people are. When custom materials and new lighting gets released, I expect his works to be indistinguishable from reality.
I highly recommend commissioning him for your games. He is fast, incredibly skilled, and most importantly he is a pleasure to work with.
I think you should’ve recorded that so I could’ve experienced it too! I agree, these builds are amazing and probably the most realistic I’ve seen in a while. Recommendation for commissioning him = 100%
Your builds are just fantastic, and I’m 100% sure people look up to the way you transform generic bricks into realism, you are making use of the skills you have, and I’m sure you will go far.
On the same note, are your builds for cinematic purposes or are they optimized for intensive gameplay?
most things here showcased aren’t optimised since I want to focus on visuals more than an anything although I do work on projects that embraces the roblox style while still having detail and runs a lot better than my realism stuff.

These are some great looking environments. Is your work primarily built, or modeled outside of studio? most of the objects in the provided examples seem to be meshes.
Honestly thisfall is a massively talented builder, and someone I enjoyed working alongside. He’s also quite relaxed and chilled, and the end product of his commission he did for me was astounding and everyone in my group loved it!
Would recommend him if you’re looking for visuals over optimisation. PS: You should seriously think about creating a game project with someone soon!
