Looks great! I like the first image because its more vibrant and colorful and stands out more than the second image. Keep it up

I like the game icon however I think you should use more vibrant since it does attract users to come, secondly I think maybe make your character wave however if you desire your character to stay like that it’s fine too. I like the game icon, however maybe also make some more designs to the cafe logo rather than just TC

I think he means in comparison to the second image, the face looks a little yellow but the skin is the same
