What do you think the top and the pin will be awarded to? Is it being awarded to DevForum higher ranked members? Maybe the developers who made the first videos? I am wondering why they uploaded the hats.

I really wanted the hat but it’s ok I understand why they gave it to higher ranked forum members.
It looks like the pin has the DevForum Community Editor icon on the pin, so I’m thinking the Approved Top Hat and pin will be awarded to Community Editors on the DevForum.
The items are a gift from DevRel for the work Post Approval has done.

Ok thank you for the feedback. I guess I won’t be able to get the top hat. 
These items were one-time rewards for Post Approval members.
Post Approval no longer exists as a program and the items will not be rewarded again.
