rate out of 1 to 10, and please give feedback on it, aswell as how to improve
this is my second time building something so i’ll probably make a lot of mistakes

Well, it’s a low poly flower… so your attempt at creating one was successful, at least.
If you were wanting support on making meshes, I recommend showing more meshes that you’ve created rather than a single example. On that note, a “1–10 rating” can’t really be given for something so small and specific (and neither can actual feedback IMO).

Well, the flower you just made was very good, it looks pretty and with good graphics I give it 10/10 good work

@Somnar is correct – This is indeed a flower. Good job. But, we can’t really accurately give a 1-10 rating on such a small sample size and such a simple thing.

It’s a good union and not much feedback to give for something so small.
I agree with you on that, I love low-poly so the 10/10 rate would seem like a good fit. 
It looks pretty good, I tend to favor low-poly because that’s what I mainly use on my games, so I’d give it a 10/10. Good job!
as many others have pointed out that it’s too vague and small to review, i have updated the build itself a bit to have more content, although i don’t know if it’s still enough details to actually have a review about.
if you think i should instead try to make a small scenery and not objects i suppose i could give it a try,

The flower looks really nice! I’d love to see it with a background to really see how it fits into a map.
I think your low poly flower, looks really good i think it’s a amazing. However there is a couple of things to add, to your flower to improve! it more better overall it looks quite nice!!

The flowers you have looks really good. However you could add a couple of more flowers inside the pot to fill it up a bit more as by looking at yours, you only have 3 i would suggest you add some more flowers inside it. And maybe add different styles of flowers into it! and make the leave part more bigger!!
Details
You could also add some more of those lines on the pot maybe, add one at the bottom and one at the top. And you should add a texture onto the pot like a wood material or a ceramic material. To bring it out more and you could. Make different styles of flowers in the containers! to add it in gardens.
Overall you have done a great job on it.
