From a first glance, your Anime GFX looks good and appealing to the eye, I can‘t see much to improve on as i‘m not sure if it‘s for a game or something but if it is, I suggest adding more within the background. If not then looks hot.
i don think the background needs anything looks cleaner with all attention going to the detailed character cluttering a desert doesnt look good defeats the point of it being "desert"ed
If your going for a clean look then yeah its perfect.
The white on the edges does not quite feel right, but other than that its perfect!
