If you’re going for a realism look then yeah those looks great, the small one looks like it’s lacking something though.
No, they are non-enterable, since for most city roleplay games, you usually dont need all buildings to be enterable.
These look wonderful, one recommendation that I have is to add some roof top vents to help with that realistic look you’re going for. Though, it would look great without them too, since players won’t be able to see it.
