Lighting looks pretty good. I’d suggest adding stuff underwater like seaweed and stuff on a sand surface and then make the water transparency higher.

Great Suggestions, ill make sure to use and implement them! Thank you for taking the time to comment!

God Bless, have a great rest of your day!

I love the blue lighting, and how it reflects off the water.

Consider a custom skybox and toning down of the Diffuse and Specular Scaling.

Looks pretty good!
The only thing that I can advise is to tone down the blue color shift.

I hate to come off this harsh but the lighting isn’t good at all. First things first increase your studio quality level by clicking on File in Studio > Studio Settings > Rendering > Edit Quality Level > 21.

Now, I’d find a good day skybox, and add some haze by inserting an Atmosphere into your Lighting. Preferably something like this,

Now this obviously depends on what kind of setting you want, just from looking at your pictures it isn’t very gloomy but you’re trying to achieve something bright if I’m correct?
The blue tint you added just isn’t very appealing to the eye, if you still want that same tint you can adjust your EnvironmentDiffuseScale, it’s much more subtle and better.

Hopefully some of these tips were helpful, and good luck on creating the perfect scene.

Honestly, I think it’s amazing dude! I’m a builder myself, but I’m definitely not as good as you appear to be. So comparing what I can build to you, it’s a 10/10. Amazing job!

It’s too blue. Try adding a more white-r skybox to it, because it just looks pretty ugly (no offence) with the current skybox.

Gosh, thanks for the tips, actually i wish i would’ve changed the quality to the maximum setting before i took the pictures, i’ve just turned it down recently due to how many parts i use in my builds to minimise lag. Thanks for the tips though.

God Bless, have a great rest of your day!

The building looks amazing, but I would change the water transparency to make it look more realistic as well as using SunRays in Lighting.

I like it, but I think it could use some higher brightness or exposure. Looks great otherwise!

Looks good however here some points I think you should do these things.

  • The shadow softness is too high for my liking
  • It’s too blue try lowering the color correction
  • Lastly The clouds aren’t very visible
