Thoughts on my first Skybox?

I made this skybox recently, and I’m super proud of it especially since I don’t have any graphics editing software currently. Super Mario Galaxy was my main inspiration of the design.

It looks really cool imo! :+1:

However, I would recommend making it more seamless, you can see it being divided very clearly, especially in this image. Also, which software/program did you use to create this?

It looks amazing! Congratulations!

This is some great work!
Can’t see a cut off or a border on the skybox and its lovely to see people still making lesser known assets.
You’ve really got a skill for this, keep it up (:

It’s really good, you can’t see any outlines in the sky, but in the galaxy photo:

You can see some outlines, but you’re a starter, I can’t even make a skybox myself, really good job!

Hi! For the galaxy half of the Skybox, I used a Github website that randomly generates Space backgrounds, and I pulled the cloudy sky from an asset website (They allow you to modify it, so that’s a win in my book).

I used Windows 10’s Photo Editor to modify both skies, and I had Paint 3D to stitch them together, but that was time consuming since I was trying to be pixel perfect.

It’s really good! Try to make the line between night and day blurry.

Also is your avatar Link?

Thanks! An unusual solution with great results, I’m genuinely surprised!

I wanted to make sure that neither halves of the sky noticeably overpower each other, like more day than night or vice versa. But yeah, I could have made the transition line a little bit thicker.

And yes, my avatar is Link!
