I made some buildings the other day and I need some feedback. I’m kind of a perfectionist hence I don’t see if I do good or bad.

I feel that the fire station should have a brighter color like red and not so dark
Instead the laboratory looks modern and well done

I am loving the fire station design, the details are a very good touch on the design. However, I don’t think I can say the same for your lab. To be incredibly bleak and honest, the lab just looks very plain in comparison to the fire station. I feel as if there should be more detail added to the walls, pillars, and windows.
For example, if you look at the above screenshot, the windows that sit above the grey coloured section of the wall look a bit out of place, I suggest adding the red bricks underneath those windows just so it blends in more nicely.

The reason behind this is that using a lot of parts in every single build will cause lag, I therefore try to spare “unecessary details” that aren’t really needed.
This looks really good! I Would rate the buildings 9/10 only because the part above the doors in the lab is basically blocky, generally looks great! Keep up the good work bro!
