its a great build, but the materials don’t look GREAT. it looks good, but could definitely improve
definitely add some pbr textures

Absolutely love it man! If you get some time, I’d play about with a bit more depth and see what you can do with the lighting. I agree with @StarxDust_Crusader on there appearing to be no texture on the fences - whether that’s to do with the angle I don’t know.

If i can remember correctly, i just used metal for the fences, Those images are raw with no editing or lighting fixes in or out of studio. Since its just the build i am doing i feel lighting isn’t very necessary, though i will agree it can make things look amazing!
