Honestly, it looks pretty nice I really like the design one thing that I think that you should change is that you should change the text to make it “blend in” a bit better.

I don’t know, play around with different spots around the area and fonts, it’s a pretty easy process, whichever looks good to you.

Maybe make the “Please Like and Share!!” sign an actual sign on the ground. Or just remove it if you want.
The only thing I would do is make the rules a GUI instead of on the wall and make the spawn invisible! Other than that, it is amazing. ^^
Looks very good. I’d recommend adding some parking spots and street lights, also maybe some random details around the lot. Other then that amazing work!
