Hey everyone! I’ve just finished some GUI for my obby game, and I think it is about ready for release, which is very exciting! The game is called Invisible Obby and requires the player to observe the path beneath them to complete the levels. The game is short (having only 20 levels currently), but that is because I’d like to see if it gains any traction and so it has room for updates.
I’ve linked the game below and I’d love if anybody would like to try it out, give feedback, ideas, and critique it! Almost everything is done by me, with a little help for the game icon/thumbnail and the game UI.
Keep in mind I’m still adding tiny things like donation boards, chest codes, etc.
I’m also working on adding UIConstraints and such to make the UI the same across devices, so do not worry about that!
Well, the GUI buttons trigger whenever you click near them. Sometimes when you are trying to walk or jump. It also looks a bit like a free model thingy. It could use some work, but looks nice.
As playing Roblox more than developing, you begin to like ways to close the GUI, and stack them close together, without spamming the screen with useless amounts with buttons.
I will gladly test more of these in the future if you want, even though I expect that to be a “no”.
i feel like the game can have more creativity and detail then just the game giving you free model’d obby vibes like maybe change the enviorment of the map were it dosent give you that free model’d obby vibe im not saying this obby is free model’d its just that it looks kinda like those overused and rushed obby’s
Well, perhaps in the future. Never know. The misplaced click majig (ain’t a UI dude) also prevents moving your camera in that area, making it pretty hard to play.
