Not a bad snowman. Fairly basic, but pretty good. I suggest making the hat a little bit larger. I also suggest that you get into modeling a little bit, because then you can make a realistic carrot for the nose, and you can make realistic twigs for the arms.
Other than that, nice job.

Nice Job! You should increase the size of the snowman as a whole, so that there is more room for the face as it looks quite cramped now. You can also increase the size of the hat.
