Try adding “Research” in the same place as “Marketing”. And if you’re really want to slightly spice it up a bit, it gives you a chance of failing and will not increase your income. If you succeed, huge boost in income.
Also add “number of products” and “number of services” next to the money and employees leaderboard if you can.

A weird suggestion here but maybe you could add the option to sell stocks. After that small UIs with random events will pop up on your screen where you could choose your action which will affect the stock value, resulting in you either getting or losing money.
For example, a scandal happens and you get two options: either to keep it a secret or to do nothing. If you keep secret then you pay a bit but dont lose money, but if you do nothing you lose money. Something like that so people will have a point to sit there and not just use an autoclicker.
Might also add a lawyer or a finiancial expert who will show you the results of doing each action beforehand.
