These are (the highest quality out of the 100 that are there) three unfinished games that I would like to show you that I have made over the past couple of years. I will complete these three some day, as I cannot let all of this hard work and planning go to waste.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kegriIewUt8 The video should be 1080p… that’s what setting I picked.
#1 - Destruction Games: Destroy Everything! 0:22
This is a game I was developing around mid - late 2013. It is like a combination of a minigames place and Tyler’s Bomb Survival place. What happens is, there are different round types (single player, 2+ player, 3+ player only etc.) depending on how many players are in a server, which are chosen and put all of the players into the map along with all of their selected weapons. All weapons in this game are revolved around explosions and fire and destruction! Explosions do not instantly kill, instead they damage the player based on distance from the explosion and how powerful the weapon is, they also fling the player based on how much strength the weapon has whilst still retaining the fun joint breaking of non-humanoid parts.
#2 - MEGAGames 4:02 (sorry, the video goes black for 10 seconds half way through this one :()
I have posted a little on this around the end of 2014, as that was the time I peaked on my inspiration levels to finish the game. It is basically just a minigames place, but completely re-created. Instead of automatically being thrown into a random minigame, you have the choice of three that appear on the screens of the “Game Tubes” that you can enter to wait for the round to start. I really aimed to make this place an experience rather than just a game, as I planned to have small story lines each holiday (e.g. at christmas, santa’s slay would break down and you had to find parts scattered across different minigame maps and return them to him for a present that appears on christmas day that will award them nioocee stuff.) and this was my first use of cutscenes in a game. In fact, this game was supposed to run along side Ripull’s, but unfortunately I became hooked on other stuff and lost motivation (thank you for waiting for me to complete it though! I feel jealous every time I see your game, but glad to see its doing well!)
#3 - Build Mode 11:20
Not much to say about this really, the video explains it the most. It’s basically just a snazzy tycoon game that WOULD feature a larger map and different jobs, miniminigames for money and npc visitors visiting your tycoon and paying you for stuff. Never got round to that part though, just the buying and building part.
Do you like the idea of these games? Which ones, if any, would you like to play the most?
