Throwing or pushing a player by physics

Hi! I want to make a script that throws me like the Gauntlet in GPO.

I tried different methods but couldn`t achieve a result like theirs. Can someone help me?

Consider using ApplyImpulse instead as BodyVelocity is deprecated
