Thumbnail and icon don't load

Hi,

My game thumbnail and icon are not loading. Baseplate - Roblox

They are not blocked by moderation, because its showing a pending icon, for 24 hours now.

On mobile, the thumbnail does load, and the game icon keeps loading. (so no icon)
On pc, the thumbnail and the icon both give a pending image.

Both images have no reason for a long pending time as they are super simple and contain no text. I also tried to re-upload the same images, but that did not work. Images that were intended to be there:

Right now moderation appears to have stopped entirely.
I have four audios with the same issue, and if they aren’t going to be approved I expect a refund.

I’ve been waitiing over a day.

My guess is that there’s an ongoing issue.

Have seen A LOT of problems recently with moderation for thumbnails, game icons, etc. I would just reiupload it when roblox seems to stop having problems.

I’ve had the same problem - I changed the design of the thumbnail and reuploaded them - seemed to do the trick.

I added detail to my images and now they upload correctly.
