Thumbnail Not accepted by moderation

Reproduction Steps

I’m on microsoft edge and the game icon haven’t been moderated by the moderation since like four hours. I changed it four times and none of these versions have been moderated at all. It usually takes max 20 minutes

Expected Behavior

Fix and being able to upload the game icon again

Actual Behavior

It just doesn’t get moderated at all

It’s still not fixed, can somebody from roblox review this bug, because it’s critical. It makes working on roblox more laborious.

Why did you say it’s not fixed after only 19 minutes of the post being up? Generally you wait a week or so.

I was going to say, usually takes about 1 business day. Never seen it take a week unless it’s a really long holiday and no one is working?

this issue is back, icons and thumbnails don’t get past moderation, can’t release a game because of that, uploaded my icon over 1h ago and a game in Recommended doesn’t have an icon either

Neither do have Roblox Default Icons
