Thumbnail not being accepted?

Hi all,

For some reason, when I went to upload my Thumbnail, it got denied. I feel like it’s because of the game name.

The game is called “Crack This Game” (I know it sounds like its meant for exploiters, its not). It’s like a hacking simulator but I made the hacking system, their not going anywhere CLOSE to anything roblox sided, it’s UI based pretty much and they have to find codes (like google capture the flags). I’m thinking it’s the game name that’s causing them to decline it, but I’m not too sure. I was just wondering, would I contact support for this or do I change the game name?

Just thinking, it’s either the name or it’s the kind of design like is it too trippy/glitchy that it could trigger users with epilepsy?

If I recall correctly, highly distorted images aren’t allowed.

The word “Crack” can mean anything. Not just breaking open something like a safe or hacking. The background has white substances. Maybe that’s why your thumbnail got moderated.

To add on to what @Ok6c said, you could use the word “bust” or “break” instead.

If the ROBLOX moderation bot can’t determine what it says, then you can’t have it submitted. What you have done in this thumbnail is making the text unreadable by a moderation bot.
