This is directed to be a bug report however I have no permissions to submit there.
The game I work for on Roblox: SCPF: Site Helios - Roblox
Was hit with a DMCA for a previous developer under old ownership wasn’t paid correctly and decided to take that out on us without asking, after this incident our thumbnail was also removed for no reason and we have tried several times to re update it and put it back on our game, it is blocked everytime or does not save.
After contacting roblox support they sent us a botted email reply stating:

This however does not help us at all and our issue is still present, we have tried over the span of 3-5 days? And the GFX was made by an artist in our community for a while and was paid for their work.
Is anyone aware of how to fix this?
