After trying Thumbnail Personalization (TP) for my new game, I have noticed that the algorithm keeps picking the worst QPTR thumbnail to push to users.
I expect the algorithm to pick the best QTPR thumbnail as the winner & make it get the most impressions. I do not expect the algorithm to consistently push the worst QTPR thumbnail to the most users it can.
I forgot to mention light blue. It seems that light blue performs better than green, yet the algorithm chose to stop pushing it in favor of the worst performing one (green.)

Sorry for the late reply. We have done some improvements. Now the image with the best performance should have been promoted with the most traffic. Sometimes if the image QPTR are very close the algorithm might split the traffic across a few top thumbnails. And also it takes a few hours to honor the QPTR difference by the algorithm.
